TimeSearch can be used to generate reports on the attendance of key holders. The reports allow several search options and will produce a summary of attendance/hours worked in relation to a user defined period. It can also be used to register the time a key holder is in a selected area or department.
It is recommended that dedicated access readers are used to register key holders on and off site. This will aid in the data collection process, although TimeSearch will operate on any chosen readers/areas. As an alternative, readers can be installed at door entry and exit to simplify entry/exit processes.
In any event, Morley can offer advice on system requirements and can put you in touch with one of our approved installers. ‘Working time directive and attended hours reporting system’
If you do not have a Morley system but want the versatility and added value our products offer, or if you simply want another viewpoint, contact Morley and we will arrange for a site visit.
Although we do not install systems, we are able to advise how an existing system can be changed to a Morley based system, in most cases, without the need to change readers or user tokens. For further assistance, please contact us at the address given overleaf.
Reports are generated from the key holder transaction information held in the Morley access control database. The database is where all of the transaction information for the access control system is held. The database can be archived, so that past events can be interrogated and recollected easily and quickly.
TimeSearch can be added from the outset or as an additional system facility after installation of the original access control system. When installed as an added system, TimeSearch uses the existing access database so installing TimeSearch is an easy and inexpensive way to enhance the operation and value of your Morley access control system.
