Follow the A1 south bound to the junction with the A19. Follow the A19 to the junction with the A1085 and turn left onto the A1085 (traveling eastbound). Stay in the slow lane and exit at the next slip road then turn right onto Norham road. Follow Norham road until you see a post box on the right, turn right into West Chirton Industrial estate immediately after the post box. Morley House is the first building you will see.
Follow the A1(M) north bound to junction 65 where you should turn right onto the A194(M), follow the A194(M) to the A19. Travel north bound A19 to the Tyne tunnel. Now proceed as if you had travelled from the south via the A19.
Follow the A19 north bound up to and through the Tyne tunnel. Stay on the A19 until the junction with the A193, this is the first exit after leaving the Tyne tunnel and is approximately 2/3 mile from the tunnel. Turn right on to the A193 and go straight on at the next roundabout, after which you should go over a railway line, on the other side is another roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout onto Norham road, travel along Norham road and turn left into West Chirton Industrial estate immediately before the post box. Morley House is the first building you will see.
